Welcome to the website of our small-scale guesthouse, pension Sonnenheim, in the artist town of Gmünd, in southern Carinthia.

Our guesthouse is ideal for guests looking for more than just an overnight stay. From here, you can easily enjoy mountains, lakes, culture, and other excursions for 3 to 5 days. Carinthia is also a great journey of discovery for children.

Our guesthouse is particularly popular with:

For stays of 2 nights or more, the Kärnten Card is included for all days. This also applies to the arrival and departure days, in the period between May 22, 2026, and September 12, 2026.
