Welcome and come in to our room "Lieser", which offers space for up to 4 people.


The richness of nature's colors was underlined here with plenty of wood and so the room was remodeled with great attention to detail in 2018 to meet the needs of families and friends who want to spend a vacation together.

The “Lieser” room consists of a bathroom with shower and double sink, with essential hygiene items such as toilet paper and soap, a towel warmer that ensures cozy warm towels after showering, a hairdryer and a separate toilet. The bedroom and living room are furnished with an open wardrobe that provides enough space not only for your suitcase contents, but also those of your loved ones.


Two separate areas ensure restful nights and sweet dreams.

The first room area is equipped with a box-spring double bed, which can also be divided into 2 single beds. The second area contains a comfortable sofa bed. The newly renovated rooms are carefully thought out and ensure a modern and atmospheric atmosphere.


To ensure that you have everything you need, our "Lieser" room is also equipped with a mini fridge, a coffee and tea station with coffee capsules and a kettle. The flatscreen TV with cable connection is located on the wall above the desk in the room, so that you can enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV from your bed. Before you leave the room for a fantastic day, a full-length mirror gives you the opportunity to do a final beauty check.


From the 2nd floor you can enjoy a phenomenal view in various directions, be it the paradisiacal landscape with the Alpine massifs in the distance, or the medieval town of Gmünd. On the 2nd floor you not only have peace and quiet, but also enough privacy so that you can spend a comfortable stay with your friends or family.



There is a place to sit on the balcony and you can end a mild summer night or a frosty winter night wrapped in a warm blanket with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and a view of the sparkling starry sky.
